Karishma is the Head of Client Solutions in the Hong Kong office and joins LOD after 12 years of legal recruitment experience. She has extensive industry knowledge and a strong network of contacts across law firms and in-house legal teams throughout the APAC region. Karishma’s focus is to design solutions to assist legal teams’ to resource in a more efficient and effective way whilst broadening and strengthening our client relationships.
Outside LOD
Karishma is a keen traveler, dog lover and foodie. She spends most of her weekends with her dogs and checking out new restaurants around Hong Kong.
