About
Charmaine is a Client Solutions Director at LOD. She has been in the legal recruitment field for over 12 years and has extensive knowledge of the legal market. Charmaine works closely with a variety of clients across different sectors and enjoys meeting new clients and finding the right talent solutions for them. She has always had an interest in the alternative legal services model and aims to work closely with clients to design the best possible interim solutions in for their legal teams.
Prior to joining LOD, Charmaine has been working at leading recruitment companies where she focused on in-house legal recruitment covering APAC region. Charmaine has also worked as an in-house recruiter with an international law firm.
Outside LOD
Charmaine enjoys visiting any new coffee places around town and loves a nice flat white. She also likes to do fitness dancing, as well as hip-hop dancing with her daughter.
