At LOD, Paul heads up the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team which involves helping us understand our current performance and how we plan to develop.
Before LOD, Paul has worked in FP&A and finance roles for almost 20 years covering various industries from transport to telco. He enjoys using tech to automate as much routine work as possible so he can spend time with the rest of the business sharing ideas.
Outside LOD
Outside LOD, his passion is his family. Paul has 2 children who he loves spending time with, watching their abilities and confidence grow. He also enjoys various sports including paddleboarding, snowboarding and Ju jitsu.
