Patty oversees Consilio's flexible talent business unit and is responsible for driving organic growth. Since 2008, Patty designs custom flexible legal talent solutions to solve unique challenges.

Before joining Consilio, Patty practiced law with Troutman Sanders in Atlanta and Kennedy Covington in Charlotte (now K&L Gates). She earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt University, receiving the Junius L. Allison Award for the most significant contribution to the Legal Aid Society, and a B.A. from Emory University.

Outside LOD

Patty enjoys hiking with her husband and their rescue dog, working in the garden, going to live gigs, and most importantly, spending time with her young-adult children.
