By firmly believing that people come first, Lacey encourages the use of legal tech and driving better legal operations, having previously helped private practice firms build innovation and transformation functions.

As a teen, Lacey was a competitive swimmer, but nowadays prefers a slower pace of life. She’s an amateur but enthusiastic potter, with hopes of one day owning a potter’s wheel and living in overalls, accompanied by her cocker spaniel.
