At LOD, Kajal (Kat) is Lead Lawyer within the multi-client Managed Solutions team. Her primary role is to look after the pool of Lawyers working across our managed team clients. This includes helping scope out new work with clients and lawyers, acting as a point of escalation and ensuring we have the right person on the right matter.

Having trained and worked in-house and in private practice, as well as having been an LOD secondee herself – Kat understands the lawyer and client perspective well. Kat feels strongly that by keeping lawyers happy and engaged, we can ensure we are working effectively to keep clients happy.

Outside LOD

As a busy mum of 3, there is not much ‘free’ time! But Kat loves painting and drawing when she’s feeling creative. Her favourite thing to do is dance, when it’s not Ibiza or Mykonos – the kitchen disco kicks in!
