With over two decades of HR experience in both the public and private sectors and her reputation for unique and innovative thinking, Caley is our People & Culture lead here in Australia and will drive our People Strategy forward ensuring all of our HQ Team have a fulfilling career at LOD.

Caley is an avid reader, as well as a cook. She also has a passion for shoes and fashion. In addition, she values spending time with her family, looking after her many plants and exploring the city of Melbourne.
