Ariola joined LOD having run her own legal recruitment company, working across all areas of law from NQ to Partner level for private practice. At LOD Ariola is part of our Lawyer Engagement team which involves understanding our lawyers needs and matching them to new assignments.
Outside LOD
Ariola enjoys travelling, discovering different food markets and exploring National Trust parks and properties with her daughter and husband.
