LOD provided a lawyer on flexible retainer who worked on an hourly basis, with daily availability to partner with the business and the lead the project as in-house counsel. They took on all project-related work from the sole legal counsel to keep the work flows seamlessly. They reported back to the sole legal counsel to keep them aware of the project progress.
