LOD is enjoying such incredible success that both our HQ team and our team of LOD lawyers needs to grow in order to keep up with demand. So, there is an opportunity to join our thriving HQ team and play a critical role in providing first class service and solutions to our existing clients and be actively involved in the business development of new clients and new secondment opportunities for our lawyers.
In addition, this role will be involved in recruiting, attracting and securing the best lawyers to join LOD enjoying a 360° role in all aspects of the LOD business and will work closely with both our Client Solutions and People & Development teams.
You will be someone with the desire to do things differently. You will be passionate about meeting new people and promoting a brand that you truly believe in. You will also have a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships and providing first class service. You may be a lawyer looking to diversify your skills or a recruiter who is keen to continue working in a client facing role, whilst building a community and network of lawyers seeking to do things differently.
