With a rapidly growing global footprint, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised office administrator/co-ordinator to join our close-knit Melbourne HQ to play a key role in the day to day co-ordination and smooth running of our office.

This role is suited to someone with demonstrated office administration experience in a corporate environment, ideally from a professional services and/or a recruitment related business. You will have strong organisational, communication, attention to detail and prioritising skills. This is a great role for someone who loves to be organised and manage multiple tasks. Prior exposure to recruitment will be highly regarded, but not essential.
