What are we looking for?
With a growing global footprint, most recently by opening offices in the Middle East, Germany and the US, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced business development manager to join our Singapore HQ due to our continued growth and success in the market. By joining a respected and reputable global client solutions team, you will play an essential role in the further growth and day to day business operations of our Singapore business.
This role will see you responsible for:
Identifying clients, assignment opportunities and developing and managing those client relationships predominantly across the financial services sector;
Growing and promoting LOD’s brand and reputation in the Singapore legal and compliance market;
Identifying and designing innovative solutions for our clients; and
Assisting with identifying the right people on our team for client assignments.
You will have demonstrated business development/sales and/or recruitment experience within the legal industry, and a proven track record at delivering on targets. This role is suited to someone who has the drive and determination to achieve commercial results, whilst identifying client needs and determining appropriate solutions. You will also be passionate about going out and generating new business, motivated by meeting new people, and promoting the LOD brand and our value proposition.
