Our client was instructed on an IPO and required additional resource to undertake the project. LOD provided a team of, at the transaction’s height, five lawyers to the firm and worked with the firm to manage workflow, deadlines and key deliverables. The firm was able to scale the team up and down in a flexible manner as the transaction progressed meaning there was no costly underutilization and the firm’s client therefore remained retained (and happy). The Managed Solution offering produced a level of efficiency and expertise that the firm would not otherwise have been able to deliver to their client.
